I can't even explain how cluttery and disorganized I've felt having things in both places... It's almost like my life was split into two places and it would be in the back of my mind even if it wasn't directly affecting me at the moment. Have you ever been like that?? SUCH a frustrating feeling.
When I left Nebraska, I had this feeling of a weight being lifted off my shoulders... It was one major thing off my checklist, I wouldn't have to think about it anymore, and I would have some much-needed furniture for the house I'm renting here in Denver!!
Today the moving truck arrives... And I assure you that tonight I will be in the best mood, having it all done!! And then... I think I will wait at least ten years before I move again. Okay, maybe not that long, but I will definitely wait as long as possible!!

I understand the feeling of things everywhere! I have things at my parents, a storage, my one bedroom apartment and currently house hunting with my fiance. Love your blog!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, feeling cluttered and out of your normal "nest" is the worst!! Good luck house hunting though... It will all be worth it when you find the right place!!
DeleteFound your blog from Sami's ... and I'm so glad I did :)
ReplyDeleteAww thank you so much!!! :)
DeleteI don't love moving! I just recently moved and had to put 75% of my stuff in storage and in the beginning I was frustrated bc I kept needing things I didn't bring but I'm getting over it lol.

DeleteGirl I have moved SO many times in the last few years its down right ridiculous! But I love the feeling of something new and a change :) And I can complete understand how much of a relief it must be to know you'll have everything in one place soon!

And you know what's great about moving?? You go through your closet ALL the time so you never build up clutter!! I love that part :)
